An armed robber wearing a Halloween mask and carrying a shotgun escaped with $200 from a Simi Valley store, police said Monday.
The man entered the convenience market at the Arco station in the 2400 block of Tapo Street about 11 p.m. Saturday, said Lt. Bob Robbins of the Simi Valley Police Department.
The man pointed the shotgun at the clerk and demanded cash, Robbins said. The clerk gave him $200, and the man fled on foot, the officer said.
