Times Residential Building Survey

Jan. 28 is the deadline for returning questionnaires for the 20th annual survey of Southland residential construction conducted by The Times Real Estate section.
The survey seeks information from home builders in Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego, Riverside, San Bernardino, Ventura, Santa Barbara and Kern counties on building activity in 1990 and projections for this year.
