The International Boxing Federation will review the disputed split-decision victory awarded to American Robert Quiroga in a super-flyweight title bout last month. Quiroga retained his title with the victory Jan. 26 over Italian challenger Vincenzo Belcastro in Capo D’Orlando, Sicily.
