** Betty Boo, “Boomania,” Rhythm King/Sire. “Where Are You Baby?” is as engaging a bit of pop fluff as you’re likely to find, as wonderfully frothy as Bananarama’s early best--if not Lesley Gore’s. But the rest of this English phenom’s debut is just fluff, and received fluff at that, from the Emma Peel wanna-be dance-floor-Avenger persona to the imitation vanilla raps. Diana Rigg would never be so undignified.
