TO THE HOOP: Orange County is sending two of its top basketball players to the two college teams that played for this year’s NCAA national championship. . . . Eric Pauley, a 6-10 forward from Cypress College, signed with Kansas on Wednesday after being recruited by about 60 colleges, including Kentucky and UCLA (C13). . . . Cherokee Parks, a 6-11 center from Marina High in Huntington Beach, signed with Duke in November. Duke beat Kansas, 72-65, last week for the title.
