7 Arraigned in Prostitution Case

Seven people were arraigned in San Fernando Municipal Court on Tuesday on a total of 16 counts, including forcible rape, pimping, pandering and assault with a deadly weapon stemming from several incidents involving the forced prostitution of a 13-year-old girl and a woman.
Arraigned were Kevin Lee Furman, 23; Keith L. Bowen, 24; Jamal Daniel Mosby, 21; Frankie Lee Harrison, 27; Delphine Eliza Sullivan, 31; Shaunice Taylor, 27, and Barbara Gibson, 22.
Thaddeus Little, 30, was expected to be arraigned today.
Deputy Dist. Atty. Myron Jenkins said the crimes occurred at various sites, including Hollywood, Encino and Chatsworth from November, 1990, to late April.
He declined to comment further on the case.
According to court documents, other charges include second-degree robbery and child molestation. Sullivan is also charged with felony child abuse involving her son.
The eight were being held in lieu of $500,000 bail and are scheduled for a preliminary hearing May 13.
