TABLOID HEAVEN: People magazine continues to find the county fertile ground. Two weeks ago, it profiled the two Anaheim Hills Cub Scouts suing so they don’t have to mention God. This week’s feature: Richard Bourassa, who fatally shot a schoolmate in his Anaheim Hills home last year. . . . Nearly four years earlier, Bourassa, then 13, shot another pal to death in his home in what he said was an accident. No charges were filed then; now he faces a murder trial in Santa Ana for the second shooting.
