AMERICA’S MOST WANTED: Santa Ana police officers are vying to be the best-dressed cops in the country. . . . Captains, dispatchers, patrol and SWAT team officers posed in carefully pressed pants and spit-polished shoes for photos they hope will win them top honors from the New York-based National Assn. of Uniform Manufacturers and Distributors. Winners will be announced this month and featured in the August issue of Law & Order magazine. Police here have never placed. “We’re hoping to win,” said a Santa Ana police spokeswoman. “It would be an honor.”
