First Interstate Bank of California has elected Miles R. Adam executive vice president and manager of the bank’s Los Angeles division and Robert Abeles executive vice president of the finance division.
Adam joined First Interstate in 1984 as a vice president and manager in the operating service group. In 1985, he was named division manager of the retail market services division, where he later attained the position of senior vice president.
Abeles, who has been with First Interstate for almost 20 years, has served as the bank’s chief financial officer since July, 1990.
