“Snoopy’s Reunion” (CBS, May 1) is one of the best “Peanuts” specials the network has ever shown. All of the (Snoopy) shows are good, but this one was a little different than the others. It gets my family’s vote for an Emmy Award for outstanding animated program this year with its charming mix of humor, sentiment and music.
