SPOTLIGHT: Hailed as a model of urban planning, Rancho Santa Margarita will be featured on ABC’s 20/20 show this summer. A TV crew visited the 5,000-acre South County community a few weeks ago. . . . Field producer Dean Irwin said he was impressed by the way homes and work and play areas in the community were planned. “That ability to not have to get in the car all the time and get on that incredible freeway. It’s quite something.”
