Former USC and Tampa Buc football coach John McKay was arrested and charged with driving under the influence after running his car into a pole, police said. McKay, 68, was driving near his Tampa, Fla., home when he struck a light pole at 1:57 a.m., Lt. Jesse James said.
McKay was released from Hillsborough County jail on $1,000 bond.
