Controversy Over ACT UP Film

In response to The Times’ editorial “Air Rights,” Sept. 7:
I’m not Catholic and I’m not gay and I find it totally reprehensible for a public broadcasting station to air the film “Stop the Church” unless its call letters are KHATE.
KCET no longer deserves public or private funding. The management of KCET have proven themselves to be totally irresponsible and cowards when they buckled under to the threats of the gay community to disrupt their future fund appeals if they didn’t show the film.
