Hotel Conversion: The former Park Court Hotel in Santa Ana has been converted to a Howard Johnson Lodge. General manager R.H. Peck said the New Jersey-based chain’s extensive marketing in national publications should help lure travelers to the 155-room hotel on East 17th Street, about 4 miles from Disneyland.
