Mazur Bail Set: Bail was set at $400,000 for jailed real estate investor Sherman Mazur, who was indicted Tuesday on 45 counts of bankruptcy fraud. He has estimated his net worth at over $15 million, but his attorneys said that most of his assets are encumbered by liens.
