MOSCOW — It’s not enough that many Russians are confused about what country they live in. By next week, they may not even know the time.
Russia has decided to move its clocks ahead an hour next Sunday to gain an hour of winter daylight, saving electricity.
On the last Sunday in March, the clock will jump another hour to “summer time,” which will run until autumn, when clocks will be rolled back one hour.
