Gasoline Prices Lowest Since February: Gasoline prices fell more than 2 cents a gallon in the last three weeks to their lowest level since February, according to a national survey. The average retail price for all grades of gasoline, including taxes, was $1.20 a gallon Jan. 10, down 2.31 cents a gallon from Dec. 20, the Lundberg Survey said. Per-gallon prices ranged from $1.01 for regular leaded at self-service stations to $1.51 for premium unleaded at full-service stations.
