Timothy J. Cooley has been appointed president of the Orange Coast Venture Group, succeeding Greg Ross, who headed the group for the past three years. Cooley is director of strategy and market planning in the Southern California area for Ernst & Young. The Orange Coast Venture Group is a nonprofit organization designed to provide a forum for the exchange of ideas and information.
