‘Scorch’ Sighting: Following in the pawprints of “Alf” and “Dinosaurs,” CBS is about to introduce “Scorch,” a smart-mouthed, fire-breathing dragon. Scorch will awake from a very long nap and find he’s the only living dragon around in a new half-hour comedy series debuting Feb. 28 on the network. Jonathan Walker and Sarah Martineck play the people Scorch ends up living with.
