MINI-MANIA? The days of Fernandomania are gone, but Fernando Valenzuela is convinced that he can still pitch big-league baseball. The former Dodger, above, was 0-2 for the Angels last year and 3-3 for Edmonton, the Angel farm team, where he finished the season. . . . But his agent, Tony DeMarco, is trying to get him invited to 1992 spring training with another club. “Fernando’s goal is to play somewhere this year and continue his career,” DeMarco says.
