Mercury Rhapsody: Guns N’ Roses, Metallica, Elton John, George Michael and David Bowie will join Queen members John Deacon, Brian May and Roger Taylor performing at “A Concert for Life,” a tribute to the late Queen singer Freddie Mercury at London’s Wembley Stadium on April 20. Fox TV will broadcast a two-hour show of concert highlights that day; MTV will air a four-hour package on April 25. Proceeds from the concert ticket sales and broadcasts will go to various AIDS organizations. Mercury died of AIDS in November.
