Regarding “ ‘Miller’ Doing What It Can So It Won’t Be Outta There” (March 11): What a sad time we live in when Dennis Miller’s reference to Kurtz (“I’m a complete psycho. I’m like Kurtz. There’s heads strewn across the stairway”) is attributed not to its original source, Joseph Conrad’s “Heart of Darkness,” but to its film adaptation, “Apocalypse Now.”
