NHL ROUNDUP : Canucks Tie to Clinch a Tie

Vancouver tied Winnipeg, 2-2, Friday night and picked up the point it needed to clinch at least a tie for the Smythe Division title.
The Canucks have 91 points and lead the second-place Kings by 12 points. The Kings have six games to play in the regular season.
The Jets took an early 2-0 lead, but Pavel Bure got one goal back midway through the second period and Petr Nedved scored the tying goal at 3:04 of the third.
N.Y. Rangers 4, Detroit 2--Mike Gartner, playing in his 1,000th NHL regular-season game, scored two second-period goals to break a 2-2 tie at Detroit in in a battle of division leaders.
Former Red Wing Adam Graves also scored two goals for the Rangers and extended their unbeaten streak to five games (4-0-1). The Patrick Division leaders also ended a five-game winless streak against Detroit (0-4-1).
Philadelphia 7, Washington 6--Mark Recchi scored his second goal of the game with 44 seconds left in the third period, capping a four-goal Flyer rally at Landover, Md.
Dale Hunter scored three goals--his first hat trick in almost eight seasons--for the Capitals, who had a two-game winning streak ended.
