SAN DIEGO : Sailors Sentenced in Midway Robberies

Two sailors who committed robberies in the Midway area were sentenced Tuesday to terms in state prison.
An 11-year sentence was handed down to Travis Walker, 21, who pleaded guilty earlier to committing 10 robberies and one attempted robbery. A seven-year term was given to Dwight Joseph, 21, who pleaded guilty to seven hold-ups and one burglary in the same series of crimes in December.
