GETTING READY: The execution of San Diego killer Robert Alton Harris is still on schedule for April 21, and Orange County religious leaders opposed to capital punishment are getting ready. Their group, Death Penalty Focus, will hold a prayer ritual Friday in front of the St. Vincent de Paul Center in Orange. . . . “Stand with us,” its leaders say in announcement of the event.
