Frank Foster has been appointed to the board of directors of the Fieldstone Co., a Newport Beach home builder. He is the company’s Orange County regional manager. Foster joined Fieldstone in 1986 as a project manager and was promoted to regional manager in 1990. Before that, he was a vice president with Union Bank.
