Cenfed Financial Corp. and its wholly owned subsidiary, Cenfed Bank, announced the appointment of Patrick Hartman to senior vice president and chief financial officer of both entities.
Hartman, 43, was most recently the chief financial officer for Community Bank, a $1.3-billion privately held bank headquartered in Pasadena. He replaces Dennis Stark, 54, who was named executive vice president of Eastern Bank of Lynn, Mass., in March. Cenfed Financial is based in Pasadena.
