An NCAA committee publicly reprimanded the track and field programs at Kansas State and Kansas for the misconduct of Todd Trask of Wildcats and Jason Teal of the Jayhawks, who pleaded guilty to theft of a bottle of champagne during the 1992 NCAA Division I indoor meet in March at Indianapolis.
