YOU’D BETTER NOT: If you’re at the beach this weekend, you may get a sky-high dose of that “Wayne’s World” expression sweeping the country. A Newport Beach skywriting company will start a Memorial Day weekend public awareness campaign by towing an aerial banner that reads: “Mess up the Beach? NOT.”. . . . It will be flown from Laguna Beach to Malibu through June. The skywriters say they just want “to help clean up Southern California’s world-famous beaches.”
