* Beth Berke has been promoted to executive vice president of the legal division of Sony Pictures Entertainment. Berke, who is based at Sony’s Culver City studio lot, will oversee legal aspects of corporate transactions, acquisition of film products and major SPE executive agreements. She had been legal division senior vice president since August, 1990.
