ANSWER SEARCH: The Urban League took a look at Orange County social conditions at a forum Thursday to see what could be done to make sure nothing like the L.A. riots ever happens here. The conclusion, says local Urban League director George Williams, above: “There is still work to be done in Orange County.” . . . . The Urban League asked about 100 business and community leaders to come up with a priority list of problems, then return for a second conference in 90 days.
