Mount Co. Files Chapter 11: The Mount Co., an entertainment firm headed by producer Thom Mount, has filed for bankruptcy protection under Chapter 11 of the federal bankruptcy code. The company blamed its problems on the film production slowdown in Hollywood and a lack of bank financing. A separate company headed by Mount, the Mount Film Group, was not affected by the filing.
