Sony Unit Names Sheldon Rabinowitz Vice President of Finance

* Sheldon Rabinowitz has been named senior vice president of finance for Sony Pictures Entertainment, overseeing business and strategic planning functions for the Culver City-based film and TV studio. Rabinowitz, 39, previously had been chief financial officer for Universal City-based Hanna Barbera Productions.
