FULLERTON : Search Firm Hired to Recruit City Manager
- Share via
The City Council has selected the executive search firm of Ralph Anderson & Associates of Sacramento and Newport Beach to handle the recruiting of a new city manager.
The city will pay the firm about $20,000, said Personnel Director Mark Flannery, to handle most of the search process and present finalists to the City Council for further interviews and final selection.
“We’re looking for someone who will use the team concept and be a team player,” said Mayor Don Bankhead. “We want someone who can get along with the public and be a good administrator.”
City Manager William Winter announced last month that he will retire in August. He has held the job since 1979.
