Movie Memorabilia at Hope Street Gallery

An exhibition of movie memorabilia is on display in the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences’ “Movie Milestones: The First Century,” in the lobby of Hope Street Gallery, 400 S. Hope St.
Among the movie memorabilia representing 100 years of motion picture history are the Cowardly Lion’s headdress from “The Wizard of Oz,” an original program from “Gone With the Wind” and the original bronze test casting of the Oscar statuette.
Also: photos, posters, books, letters, music scores, promotional materials and motion picture equipment.
The free exhibit closes June 25. It may be seen daily between 7 a.m.-7 p.m.
