Arrest Made in Hotel Fires

NEW YORK — A man was arrested and a second person was being questioned Tuesday in connection with a series of suspicious fires at mid-town Manhattan hotels, police and fire officials said. The latest fire occurred Monday evening in a third-floor exercise room of the Marriott Hotel.
