SYLMAR : Rally Will Promote Community Policing

Several Northeast Valley community groups will rally tonight in Sylmar to promote community policing in their neighborhoods. Members of the Latin American Civic Assn., the San Fernando Valley Partnership and Friday Night Live will promote community policing at the rally by passing out literature and recruiting Neighborhood Watch captains.
The 7 p.m. rally is scheduled to take place in front of Osceola Street School at 14940 Osceola St. in Sylmar.
