Attorneys for Jerry Tarkanian, former UNLV basketball coach, have filed notice to appeal a federal judge’s ruling that invalidated a Nevada law requiring the NCAA to follow due process. The notice to the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco was filed in U.S. District Court in Reno.
