Supreme Court’s Kidnap Decision

The politically corrupt Mexican judicial system is to blame for the decision by the Supreme Court to allow kidnaping on foreign soil. In the Camarena case Mexico has consistently stonewalled U.S. efforts to bring justice. Their system protects its corrupt officials while the government gives lip service to the war on drugs.
