E! on Censorship: Los Angeles-based performance artists Tim Miller and John Fleck, two of the “NEA Four” who are suing the National Endowment for the Arts for overturning grant recommendations, will be interviewed tonight on the first installment of a special four-part series on censorship and the arts on cable’s E! Entertainment Television. Patricia Miller, deputy general director of the Los Angeles Opera, will also be interviewed on tonight’s report, which airs at 6 and again at 9. The series continues through Thursday on the network’s nightly news. Other topics that will be explored include censorship and the music industry, and the Corporation for Public Broadcasting and funding issues.
