Extras Needed for Kirov in San Diego

SAN DIEGO — The Kirov Ballet will hold auditions tonight from 7:30 to 10 p.m. for 10 male extras to appear in the company’s three performances of “La Bayadere’ at the San Diego Civic Theatre this weekend.
Dancing skill is not required, although some stage presence will be judged. Those selected will be required to attend rehearsals and performances tonight through Sunday.
Applicants should come to the Civic Theatre stage door. For information call Albert Rodewald or June Spano at the San Diego Foundation for the Performing Arts: 234-5853.
