Casts of Abe Lincoln’s Head, Hands Returned

CHICAGO — Bronze casts of Abraham Lincoln’s head and hands were returned to a museum they were stolen from last week, an official said Sunday.
“They were dumped on the doorsteps in the middle of the night,” said Carol Callahan, curator of the Glessner House Museum. The casts were made from a plaster molding taken of Lincoln shortly after he was elected President.
