Valencia National Bank Posts 9% Profit Gain

Valencia National Bank said its second-quarter profit climbed 9% from a year earlier, to $137,815 from $126,530.
The bank’s earnings for the six months ended June 30 slipped 5%, however, to $226,125 from $238,837 a year earlier.
Valencia National’s total assets as of June 30 were virtually unchanged, at $60.8 million, compared with a year ago.
