Judge Approves Claims Against Milken: U.S. District Judge Milton Pollack in New York gave final approval to a plan setting aside $50 million for investors who filed late claims against Michael Milken and other Drexel Burnham Lambert Inc. employees. Pollack initially set aside the money in March from the $1.3 billion paid by junk bond broker Milken and other Drexel employees to resolve more than 150 lawsuits.
