Rubin Resigns: Arthur Rubin has resigned as executive vice president and general manager of the Nederlander Organization “to pursue other personal business interests.” Rubin, 66, was the highest-ranking Nederlander official after James and Robert Nederlander, the principal executives of the family-controlled theater chain.
