Admar Group Inc.: The Santa Ana managed health-care services company said it lost $296,000, or 4 cents a share, for the second fiscal quarter, contrasted with net income of $57,000, or less than 1 cent a share, for the year-earlier period. Revenue for the quarter ended July 31 increased 12%, to $2.8 million from $2.5 million. For the first half, Admar lost $560,000, or 7 cents a share, on revenue of $5.4 million. A year ago, the company posted net income of $114,000, or 1 cent a share, on revenue of $4.9 million. The company said the decline in income is attributable to the costs resulting from reorganization as well as the continued increase in marketing expenditures.
