* Forest Tennant of West Covina has been named a Distinguished Eagle Scout by the San Gabriel Valley Boy Scout Council.
Tennant is founder and executive director of Community Projects Medical Group, 25 dependency disorder and pain clinics in 21 California cities.
* Robert S. Freymuller has been appointed chief executive officer of St. Luke Medical Center in Pasadena.
He had been chief executive officer of Valley Community Hospital in Santa Maria. Both hospitals are owned and operated by Summit Health Ltd. of Burbank.
Freymuller replaces Samuel Pangburn, who transferred to corporate headquarters.
