Garfield 29, Narbonne 13--Junior running back Armando Figueroa rushed for 230 yards in 20 carries and scored four touchdowns as Garfield beat Narbonne in a Southeastern Conference game.
Fullback C.J. Williams ran for 98 yards in 12 carries and scored once for Narbonne to give his team the lead in the third quarter, but Garfield erupted for 21 points in the final quarter.
Records: Narbonne 0-4; Garfield 2-2.
