Watson Leads Warren to Rout of Orange

ORANGE — Jarvis Watson rushed for 184 yards and three touchdowns to lead Warren to a 48-21 nonleague victory over Orange Thursday night at El Modena High.
Orange (2-3) took a 13-0 lead in the first 3 minutes 28 seconds before the Bears took control.
Art Bell returned the opening kickoff 83 yards for a touchdown to give Orange a 7-0 lead.
The Panthers increased the lead to 13-0 on a 13-yard run by Jamie Worthem to cap a 25-yard scoring drive.
Warren cut the lead to 13-6 on Watson’s two-yard run and tied the game with 10:29 left in the first half when Watson slipped down the left sideline for an 80-yard touchdown run.
Jeff Stephens’ 47-yard touchdown pass to Armando Padilla gave the Bears a 20-13 halftime lead.
