TIME MACHINE: Here’s the latest from the computer age: A Santa Ana company is putting airline ticket machines in hotel and office lobbies--just like an ATM--so you won’t have to wait on a travel agent messenger, or stand in line at the airport, for your ticket. . . . Airline Computerized Ticketing received the airlines’ approval for the machines last week and plans on 5,000 nationwide within five years. “We’re a ‘now’ society,” says its president, JoAnne Stewart. “People don’t want to wait on anything, even for half an hour.”
